What I’ve been working on
These projects live at the intersection of observation, storytelling, and marine curiosity.
From community science to visual anthropology, I use film, photography, and writing to explore how people connect with the ocean—and how the ocean, in turn, remembers us.
Welcome to an evolving collection of works grounded in place, emotion, and ecological intimacy.
An interdisciplinary project combining local knowledge, community science, and documentary storytelling to promote awareness and conservation of sand tiger sharks. I took on multiple roles, from researcher to underwater cinematographer, to bring this story to life and bridge science with the public.
An ongoing project since 2019, dedicated to witnessing and documenting the largest daily migration on Earth—vertical movements of zooplankton and larval sea life in the open ocean at night.
A field-based visual project exploring invasive species, local conservation efforts, and environmental justice through storytelling and community collaboration in Belize.
